We are so excited to celebrate this special weekend with you! Below is the full schedule of events so you know where to be and when. From welcome drinks to the big day and beyond, we've planned everything with love and excitement and can't wait to share these moments together.

November 1, 2025

CEREMONY

Location: The Nest at Ruth Farms: 3930 Bud Williams Rd Ponder, TX 76259
Attire: Formal

The ceremony will be held inside the chapel on the grounds. Please plan to arrive by 4 PM to have time to settle in your seats.

4:30 PM - 5 PM

COCKTAIL HOUR

Attire: Formal

Cocktail hour will follow immediately after the ceremony, right outside the chapel. Drinks, games and appetizers will be provided.

5 PM - 6 PM

RECEPTION

Attire: Formal

What everyone is waiting for! This will be held in the barn adjacent to the chapel. Drinks and a BBQ dinner will be provided.

6 PM - 10:30 PM

AFTER PARTY

Location: Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle: 3300 Championship Pkwy Fort Worth, TX 76177
Attire: Formal/Hot Mess

We have made special accommodations at the hotel to host an after-party! This is open to anyone who would like to attend!

11:00 PM - 1 AM

November 2, 2025

BRUNCH

The morning after the wedding, we will be downstairs in the hotel's restaurant for a farewell brunch/lunch. Info for this will be given at check-in with special instructions as to the time and discount provided. Please feel free to stop by and say hi/bye and for us to thank you for attending our special day!
